Bikes on CATS Buses and LYNX Train for FREE
The Charlotte Area Transportation System is allowing anyone traveling with a bicycle on CATS Buses and the LYNX Train for free, April 29 - May 5, during BIKE! Charlotte. Using the bicycle, in combination with a CATS Bus or the LYNX Train, is an efficient, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly way to travel in the Queen City. For information on how to load your bike on the LYNX Train, you can visit the Rack and Ride section of the LYNX website.
Kids Bicycle Safety and Educational Rodeo p/b The Trek Store of Charlotte and The Dirt Divas
The Trek Store of Charlotte is partnering with the Dirt Divas to host an exciting Kids Bicycle Safety Rodeo. Kids Bicycle Safety Rodeos are designed to educate children of all ages about bicycle safety. Bikes for children ages 7 to 12 are provided at the event. A limited supply of FREE helmets will be given to kids who participate in the rodeos.

GreenWay Social Ride
This relaxed social ride is for all cycling abilities and will give everyone the opportunity to explore the Little Sugar Creek Greenway and its connectivity around the city! We will leave from QueenCity Bicycles and explore the beautiful neighborhoods between Park Road Shopping Center and Uptown. There will be several stops along the way and we will provide a round of appetizers at East Blvd Bar & Grill at the end of the ride! This ride is approximately 10 miles in length with little or no hills. Helmets are mandatory.

Tour De Light Rail
Come join us for a tour of the Light Rail Path! We will meet at Inside-Out Sports and hop on the path at the Bland Street Station. We will ride down to Scaleybark and back towards Morehead, passing by all of the great shops and restaurants along the way. At the conclusion of the tour, we will stop at the Common Market Deli and have some food and beverages. The ride is approximately 6 miles; children under 16 must be accompanied by adults. Not recommended for children with training wheels.

Come join the Tarheel Trailblazers at Fuel Pizza for their monthly social and meeting. The Tarheel Trailblazers are a group of mountain biking enthusiasts that are advocates for trail conservation in the Charlotte area. This is a great place to meet fellow mountain bikers and learn about new trails!
